Job Description
About the Role
The CEO Office at BJAK is seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to join their team in Vietnam. As a key member of the CEO Office, you will play a critical role in driving CEO priorities from problem definition to execution. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support the company's finance super app expansion. The role entails managing multiple projects simultaneously, tracking OKRs, decisions, and deadlines, and identifying execution gaps to push teams to close them.As a high-ownership business generalist, you will be responsible for preparing clear briefs, updates, research notes, and meeting follow-ups. You will also own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department. The ideal candidate will have experience working in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments.

What You Will Do
- Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution
- Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams
- Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects
- Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers
- Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams
- Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them
- Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
