What You Will Do

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex service diagnosis on solar energy systems
• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule
• Work with the Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor, and Branch Manager to allocate labor resources
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices
• Support the on-boarding and training of new members of the field performance team
• Conduct site audits and inspections as assigned
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of previous field construction experience, with at least 1 year of experience as a service technician in the solar industry
• High School diploma required, degree in a related field preferred
• Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman license required
• Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Electrical/PV Installation Knowledge, including working knowledge of current NEC codes

Nice to Have

• PV design or PV electrical experience
• Experience with solar energy systems, including installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices
• Certification in a related field, such as NABCEP
