About the Role
The Change Management Lead is a senior individual contributor role that plays a crucial part in driving organizational change across EXL's transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for assessing complex situations, defining strategic direction, and influencing outcomes to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. As a key member of the team, the Change Management Lead will work independently to develop and implement change management strategies that drive business results.Day-to-day, the Change Management Lead will analyze organizational needs, identify areas for improvement, and design plans to address these gaps. This role requires strong critical thinking, the ability to ask the right questions, and translate ambiguity into clear, actionable plans. The Change Management Lead will also collaborate with stakeholders to build support for change initiatives and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
Reporting to senior leadership, the Change Management Lead will have a significant impact on the organization's ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive digital transformation.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement organizational change strategies that drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working
- Assess complex situations and define strategic direction for change initiatives
- Influence outcomes and drive business results through effective change management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build support for change initiatives
- Analyze organizational needs and identify areas for improvement
- Design plans to address gaps and drive business results
- Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on progress of change initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in change management or a related field
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience with digital transformation and organizational change
