Job Description

About the Role

The Change Management Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting Inizio's Workday Optimization project and other People and Culture-related initiatives. This will involve building an integrated change approach, partnering across various teams, and ensuring the consistency and sustainability of organizational change. The role will report to the Global Talent Management team and offer the flexibility of remote working, with onsite and hybrid options available.

Day-to-day, the Change Management Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing change strategies, engaging with partners across the organization, and assessing the impact of change on people, processes, and systems. This will require strong organizational change management expertise, the ability to navigate complex environments, and excellent communication and project management skills.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement an integrated change approach across Workday Optimization, including the Advanced Compensation Module implementation and Total Rewards projects.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Leadership, ePMO, and other Transformation teams to manage interdependencies and align priorities and communication strategies.
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across people, processes, and systems, and define readiness plans to address adoption risks.
  • Develop targeted communications, leader messaging, and manager enablement materials to support organizational understanding and adoption.
  • Support the coordination of training strategies and materials in partnership with implementation partners to ensure the adoption of Workday enhancements and new processes.
  • Understand success metrics, monitor adoption, and implement reinforcement mechanisms to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Management team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Organizational change management expertise, with experience supporting complex, cross-team projects.
  • Executive management capability, with the ability to translate technical/process change into tangible results.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with experience navigating complex environments.
  • Ability to partner with various teams, including HR, IT, and Leadership.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools, such as Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess change impact and develop readiness plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with evolving priorities and deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday Optimization and Advanced Compensation Module implementation.
  • Knowledge of Total Rewards projects and their impact on organizational change.
  • Familiarity with ePMO and other Transformation teams, and their role in change management.
  • Certification in change management, such as Prosci or ACMP.
