About the Role
The Channel Account Manager role at Zoom is a high-impact position that requires a unique blend of sales, partnership management, and strategic thinking. As a key member of the ZoomX partnership with Deutsche Telekom, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across Northern Germany. This role is an exceptional opportunity to work with a market leader in collaboration technology and a major telecommunications provider, delivering a powerful communications experience to businesses across the region.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve close collaboration with Deutsche Telekom sales teams to drive joint sales initiatives, building and growing strategic relationships across partner networks, and owning and expanding your territory across Northern Germany. You will be part of a fast-moving, collaborative team that values creativity, ownership, and impact.
What You Will Do
- Drive joint sales initiatives with Deutsche Telekom sales teams to achieve revenue targets
- Build and grow strategic relationships across partner networks, including identification and pursuit of new business opportunities
- Own and expand your territory across Northern Germany, with a focus on the Berlin area
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide market feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to inform future product developments
- Manage complex sales cycles, including solution selling and deal structuring
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive business growth
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
What We Are Looking For
- 7-10 years of direct sales experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
- Proven success in services, software, or solution-based sales environments
- Strong experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models
- Expertise in solution selling, complex deal structuring, and managing long sales cycles
- Experience working with service providers or within a carrier sales motion
- Exposure to or experience in the public sector is a plus
- Native-level German and professional fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
