About the Role

The Channel Account Manager position at Zoom is a key role in driving the company's growth through strategic partnerships. As a member of the Channel Team, you will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies that expand market reach and drive adoption of Zoom's full platform. This includes Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, and emerging AI-powered experiences. You will work closely with partners to bring these capabilities to life for customers and shape how organizations adopt AI-driven collaboration tools.

The role requires a deep understanding of the unified communications and collaboration market, as well as the ability to navigate complex partnerships and sales motions. You will be working with a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering cutting-edge communication solutions to clients worldwide.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute partner-led sales strategies to drive adoption of Zoom's platform
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including resellers and strategic channel partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partner engagements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product
  • Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage complex sales motions, including solution-based selling and strategic account planning
  • Develop and deliver sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and datasheets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in global sales meetings and conferences to represent Zoom and build relationships with partners
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Zoom's products and services
  • Work with the channel team to develop and execute channel-specific sales strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-5 years of channel sales experience, with a focus on unified communications and collaboration
  • Direct strategic sales experience with a sustained track record of success
  • Experience in handling large-scale, complex, and strategic channel partnerships
  • Ability to manage complex sales motions, including solution-based selling and strategic account planning
  • Strong understanding of the unified communications and collaboration market
  • Experience with partner relationship management and sales force automation tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
