About the Role
The Channel Account Manager - Turkey & Gulf is a critical role at Zoom, responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with partners across the Turkish and Gulf markets. Operating from Dubai, this role will focus on developing and executing effective sales strategies, collaborating with partners on marketing plans, training, and business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be an integral part of Zoom's sales team, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure partner and customer satisfaction throughout the region.The sales team at Zoom is a dynamic and results-driven group, passionate about delivering cutting-edge communication solutions to clients worldwide. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through partner programs and sales enablement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across the Turkish and Gulf markets
- Collaborate with partners on marketing plans, training, and business development initiatives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities with channel partners
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure partner and customer satisfaction
- Develop and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to internal stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Turkish and Gulf markets
- Collaborate with the Zoom sales team to drive business growth and expand the company's global presence
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and market trends
What We Are Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in managing partnerships in the Unified Communications, Cloud, or Telephony space
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies for partner programs and sales enablement
- Experience working with SaaS resellers within the Turkish market
- Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem
- Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities with channel partners
- Experience collaborating with alliances that drive the Zoom ecosystem, such as Poly, Dten, NEAT, Oracle, Ribbon, Jabra, and Verint
Nice to Have
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of the Turkish and Gulf markets, including market trends and competitor analysis
- Certification in sales or marketing, such as a MBA or sales certification
