About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in non-direct sales channels
  • Manage on-boarding and training programs for partners, ensuring seamless integration and effective performance
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics and tools to track partner performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional activities and tools to support partner engagement and sales growth
  • Manage contracts and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to leverage and develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth
  • Attend distributor business reviews and other activities to support growth and expansion
  • Coordinate distributor monthly calls and trainings to ensure effective communication and performance
  • Manage the Partner Portal, distributor promotion metrics, and SFDC opportunity management system

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Multi-year experience in the life sciences sector, with a strong understanding of academic, pharmaceutical, and biotech customer segments
  • Experience in working with distributors, contract management, and analytics reporting
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy and partner management, with a focus on driving growth and expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
  • Experience in managing remote teams and partners, with a strong focus on building long-standing relationships
