About the Role
As the Channel Manager Team Lead at JumpCloud, you will oversee a team responsible for developing and managing channel partner relationships across North America Central region, ensuring effective collaboration and success in sales.Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of channel sales professionals.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners.
- Build and maintain connections with current and prospective channel partners.
- Generate and implement strategies for new customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing, training, and campaigns.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans with partners to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Assist partners with product positioning and closing sales deals.
- Oversee deal registration conflicts and ensure compliance with partner agreements.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners' executive teams.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience with channel partners in the Americas Central region.
- Proven success in creating revenue-generating partnerships.
- Strong ability to build partnerships from scratch.
- Knowledge of security or infrastructure SaaS products.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and growth targets.
