- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
- Develop and execute annual business plans with partners to drive growth, enablement, and solution adoption.
- Deliver targeted training and enablement programs to partner sales teams to effectively position Yubico’s security solutions.
- Collaborate with partner sellers to identify, qualify, and close opportunities, supporting forecast accuracy and accelerating sales cycles.
- Track partner performance against revenue and engagement KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing improvement plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategies and strengthen Yubico’s channel value proposition.
- Develop strategic plans to expand the partner network, focusing on cybersecurity resellers and strategic partners.
- Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of joint efforts.
- Analyze sales data and market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or sales within cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and partner collaboration.
- Strong understanding of VAR, MSP, and distributor business models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing complex channel relationships and negotiations.
