About the Role
The Channel Marketing Manager position at Zoom is a pivotal role focused on accelerating growth across Germany and Central Europe by leveraging a thriving partner ecosystem. This involves developing and executing impactful joint go-to-market programs and delivering measurable demand through distributors, resellers, and system integrators. The successful candidate will be part of an established and collaborative regional marketing team, working closely with Sales, Partner, and Technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of regional strategies with global priorities while adapting execution to local market dynamics.Day-to-day, the role entails managing channel marketing initiatives in partnership with regional sales leadership and EMEA marketing, which requires a deep understanding of SaaS, UCaaS, and collaboration technologies. The ability to manage budgets effectively, with solid experience in marketing automation and analytics tools, is crucial. The role also involves building strong relationships with local and regional partners to drive collaboration and mutual success, ensuring that all marketing efforts are well-integrated and aligned with the company's overall objectives.

What You Will Do
- Lead channel marketing initiatives in partnership with regional sales leadership and EMEA marketing
- Develop and execute joint marketing programs with distributors, resellers, and system integrators
- Manage MDF budgets while ensuring transparency, ROI tracking, and alignment with business goals
- Build strong relationships with local and regional partners to drive collaboration and mutual success
- Design and implement localized integrated campaigns aligned with German market dynamics
- Drive field marketing activities including events, partner activations, and customer engagement programs
- Measure campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize based on insights and partner feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, enable partners, and amplify success stories
- Apply knowledge of AI-driven marketing and campaign optimization techniques to enhance marketing efforts
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a clear focus on channel marketing in tech or SaaS
- Proven success in building and scaling partner marketing programs in the German market
- Possess a strong network of German marketing agencies and channel partners
- Deep understanding of SaaS, UCaaS, and collaboration technologies
- Effective budget management with solid experience in marketing automation and analytics tools
- Fluency in German (native level) and English, both written and spoken
- Thrive in cross-functional environments with excellent stakeholder management skills
- International work experience is highly valued
