This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering, to drive co-marketing opportunities and inform the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the franchise industry and a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships.

What You Will Do
- Source, qualify, and conduct deep discovery with net new franchise partners to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth through partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders within franchise organizations
- Educate partners on Ramp's offering and articulate the value proposition
- Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners to drive growth and identify areas for improvement
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering teams to drive co-marketing opportunities and inform the product roadmap
- Become an expert in Ramp's product, features, and workflows to effectively communicate the value proposition to partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnership development
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the franchise industry and market trends
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to identify opportunities for growth
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in partner sales, business development, partnership management, or channel partnerships
- Strong discovery skills, with the ability to identify pain points and develop consultative selling strategies
- History of top performance, regularly exceeding targets and quotas
- Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening skills
- Bias for action and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience working with AI tooling and affinity for using data to drive decision-making
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across the company
- Experience with and affinity for GTM and Excel
Nice to Have
- Prior experience partnering with both franchisors and franchisees in a consulting, sales, or partnerships capacity
- Experience working in the fintech or financial services industry
- Knowledge of franchise industry trends and market developments
