## About the Role The Channel Sales Lead at Mozn is a pivotal role designed for a results-driven professional who can develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth through partner-led activation, pipeline generation, and direct market penetration. As the single-threaded owner of the Mozn partner narrative, the successful candidate will translate the company's Recruitment → Enablement → Activation → Capability → Demand Generation → Pipeline → Revenue model into a repeatable, execution-ready motion for high-value partners. Day-to-day, this role involves close collaboration with internal teams, pre-sales leaders, marketing, and executive stakeholders to ensure clear revenue targets, ongoing sales motions, and structured teaming models that convert partner activation into measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will operate as both the regional commercial owner and the ecosystem builder, architecting the Mozn .ai single-thread narrative and driving greenfield market penetration through direct enterprise engagement. Mozn's culture is built on the relentless pursuit of excellence and meaningful impact, making it an exciting time to join the team as they continue to innovate and expand their presence in Africa. ## What You Will Do - Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth through partner-led activation and direct market penetration - Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic accounts, taking responsibility from prospecting to close, plus managing ongoing relationships - Lead strategic enterprise sales together with partners while also driving direct opportunities independently - Close partnership agreements, balancing revenue impact, speed to market, and long-term ecosystem value - Evaluate the financial and strategic benefits of new and existing partnerships - Track, report, and optimize partner performance, identifying gaps and executing corrective actions - Own territory revenue targets and deliver measurable results - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, and leadership around regional growth - Travel as required to meet customers and partners across the region - Serve as the regional commercial face of Mozn across enterprise, government, and partner ecosystems - Design territory plans that balance direct selling and partner leverage - Convert enablement into execution by aligning Mozn .ai strategy and partner sellers around defined account targets - Build structured QBR frameworks that track pipeline, revenue, and activation metrics ## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Risk, or Analytics - Proven success in closing complex enterprise deals directly - Experience managing and activating channel partners or system integrators - Experience operating in hybrid direct + indirect sales environments - Demonstrated success in penetrating greenfield markets - Strong account planning and quota management skills - Proficiency in Excel and other sales management tools - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ## Nice to Have - Experience working with Enterprise AI solutions - Knowledge of the African market and its unique challenges and opportunities - Fluency in local languages, in addition to English - Certification in sales or a related field - Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and bonus structure - Opportunity to work with a leading Enterprise AI company - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Professional development and growth opportunities - Access to cutting-edge technology and tools - Flexible working hours and remote work options - Comprehensive health insurance and wellness programs - Generous paid time off and holidays - Travel opportunities to meet customers and partners across the region
