About the Role
The Head of Performance and Carbon Energy/Building Projects is a critical role at ALTEREA, responsible for driving the company's mission to support the energy, environmental, and digital transition of buildings and territories. As a key member of the Paris agency, this professional will oversee project management, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results. The role entails collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.The energy transition is a pressing concern globally, and companies are under increasing pressure to reduce their carbon footprint. What You Will Do
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy or construction sector
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets effectively
- Experience in managing and motivating teams, with a focus on performance development and coaching
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights
