About the Role
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the organization's administrative, operational, and support functions. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Professional certifications in administration, HR, or project management (e.g., PMP, SHRM)
- 10-15+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or corporate management roles
- Proven experience in leading support functions in banking, financial services, insurance, or investment organizations
- Strong track record in governance, compliance, and process optimization
- Leadership and people management skills
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory, legal, and compliance frameworks in financial services
