About the Role

The Chief AI Officer role at TheHiveCareers is a strategic position that will drive the organization's artificial intelligence strategy, focusing on decision-making, automation, and revenue growth. As a key member of the executive team, the successful candidate will advise on AI opportunities, risks, and investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role will also involve building and leading high-performing AI, data science, and ML engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data platforms, as well as experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. With a strong business acumen and value orientation, the Chief AI Officer will be responsible for driving measurable outcomes and tracking ROI and performance of AI initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Define and execute enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases across functions, including operations, customer experience, risk, and marketing
  • Advise executive leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and investments
  • Oversee development, deployment, and scaling of AI/ML models
  • Ensure productionization of models with MLOps best practices
  • Drive adoption of generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation
  • Establish responsible AI frameworks and ethical guidelines
  • Manage model risk, bias, explainability, and transparency
  • Partner with Chief Data Officer, CIO, and CTO on data, infrastructure, and platforms
  • Embed AI into core business processes and decision-making workflows
  • Track ROI and performance of AI initiatives

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
  • 15-20 years of experience in AI, data science, or advanced analytics roles
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions at scale
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data platforms
  • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Deep AI/ML technical expertise
  • Strategic thinking and innovation mindset
  • Strong business acumen and value orientation
  • Leadership and stakeholder influence

Nice to Have

  • PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
  • Experience working with Excel
