About the Role
The Chief Analytics Officer (CAO) is a critical role at TheHiveCareers, responsible for leading the organization's analytics strategy and driving business performance through data-driven decision making. The CAO will work closely with executive leadership to advise on insights-driven decision making and position analytics as a core driver of growth, efficiency, and innovation. The role entails developing and executing an enterprise-wide analytics strategy aligned with business goals, as well as building and leading high-performing analytics and data science teams.The CAO will also oversee the development of predictive, prescriptive, and machine learning models, and ensure the scalability and productionization of analytics models. Additionally, the CAO will promote a culture of experimentation and drive continuous improvement in analytical capabilities.

What You Will Do
- Define and execute enterprise-wide analytics strategy aligned with business goals
- Advise executive leadership on insights-driven decision making
- Develop and lead high-performing analytics and data science teams
- Oversee the development of predictive, prescriptive, and machine learning models
- Ensure the scalability and productionization of analytics models
- Promote a culture of experimentation and drive continuous improvement in analytical capabilities
- Embed analytics into business processes and decision workflows
- Drive measurable impact on revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management
- Establish KPIs to track analytics ROI and business outcomes
- Partner with the Chief Data Officer and IT teams on data architecture and quality
- Ensure responsible use of data and adherence to governance frameworks
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 15-20+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative roles
- Proven track record in delivering analytics-driven business impact
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, AI/ML, and BI tools
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and quantitative expertise
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Leadership and stakeholder influence
