About the Role

The Chief Analytics Officer (CAO) plays a pivotal role in TheHiveCareers, leading the organization's analytics strategy and driving business performance through data-driven decision making. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced analytics, AI/ML, and decision intelligence, as well as the ability to communicate complex insights to executive leadership. The CAO will be responsible for defining and executing an enterprise-wide analytics strategy, positioning analytics as a core driver of growth, efficiency, and innovation.

The CAO will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, risk, operations, and finance, to drive AI/ML adoption and ensure scalability and productionization of analytics models. This role will also oversee business intelligence platforms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, enabling real-time and self-service analytics across business units.

What You Will Do

  • Lead development of predictive, prescriptive, and machine learning models
  • Drive AI/ML adoption across functions, including marketing, risk, operations, and finance
  • Oversee BI platforms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
  • Enable real-time and self-service analytics across business units
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Embed analytics into business processes and decision workflows
  • Drive measurable impact on revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management
  • Establish KPIs to track analytics ROI and business outcomes
  • Partner with the Chief Data Officer and IT teams on data architecture and quality
  • Ensure responsible use of data and adherence to governance frameworks

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 15-20+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative roles
  • Proven track record in delivering analytics-driven business impact
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling, AI/ML, and BI tools
  • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
