## About the Role The Chief Executive Officer will play a crucial role in leading The Dollar Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on redefining access to financial services through blockchain technology and DeFi. This hands-on, commercial, and crypto-native operating role requires a seasoned professional with experience in scaling DeFi protocols and a deep understanding of tokenomics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crypto and DeFi, with a proven track record of success in capital formation, TVL growth, and FISC token economy management. The Dollar Foundation is part of Coinme, a company that has made a significant impact in the crypto industry by providing seamless access to digital currencies through its mobile app, secure digital wallet, and DeFi integrations. As the world's largest network of cryptocurrency kiosks, Coinme is well-positioned to lead the charge in decentralized finance. The CEO will be responsible for driving the growth of The Dollar Foundation, working closely with the team to develop and execute strategies that will take the organization to the next level. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers. ## What You Will Do - Own TVL growth across token demand, staking, and vault deposits, setting and tracking key performance indicators to measure success - Lead capital formation end-to-end, raising the Series A from crypto-native investors and securing seed liquidity and incentive capital - Develop and execute a comprehensive tokenomics strategy, including token emissions, incentives, and liquidity mining - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers - Drive the development of new products and services, working closely with the team to identify opportunities and execute on plans - Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the team, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the organization's mission and goals - Represent The Dollar Foundation in public forums, including conferences, podcasts, and social media - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the crypto and DeFi markets, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments - Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy - Work closely with the Coinme team to leverage resources and expertise, driving growth and success for The Dollar Foundation ## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in the crypto and DeFi industry, with a proven track record of success in scaling DeFi protocols - Deep understanding of tokenomics, crypto-native operations, and DeFi markets - Strong background in capital formation, TVL growth, and FISC token economy management - Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent The Dollar Foundation in public forums - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies - Experience in working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, with the ability to adapt to new developments and challenges - Strong understanding of the crypto and DeFi regulatory landscape, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory issues ## Nice to Have - Experience in working with crypto hedge funds, LPs, and ecosystem partners - Knowledge of smart contract development and auditing - Experience in working with decentralized governance models - Strong network of contacts in the crypto and DeFi industry - Experience in working with media and PR teams to develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and equity package - Opportunity to work with a leading company in the crypto and DeFi industry - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Flexible working hours and remote work options - Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs - Access to a network of experienced professionals in the crypto and DeFi industry - Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance - Generous PTO and vacation package, including paid holidays and sick leave
