About the Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at INFUSE is a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving the company's financial strategy, performance, and scalability. This role requires a unique blend of precision and agility, as the CFO will need to manage today's financials while shaping tomorrow's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience working in a fast-scaling, global, or tech-enabled company.The CFO will lead all financial operations, including forecasting, reporting, treasury, risk, tax, and compliance. They will design data-driven systems that enable clarity and fast, informed decisions, and partner with leadership to evaluate investments, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. The CFO will also ensure lean, transparent financial processes that support rapid growth and oversee audits, tax filings, and legal entity management across global operations.
What You Will Do
- Lead all financial operations, including forecasting, reporting, treasury, risk, tax, and compliance
- Design data-driven systems that enable clarity and fast, informed decisions
- Partner with leadership to evaluate investments, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure lean, transparent financial processes that support rapid growth
- Oversee audits, tax filings, and legal entity management across global operations
- Continuously refine financial models and tools for smarter planning and real-time insights
- Develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability
- Manage and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors, bankers, and investors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership, ideally in a fast-scaling, global, or tech-enabled company
- Knowledge of NetSuite Platform and expertise in accounting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic planning
- Analytical precision, operational discipline, and a bias for action
- Comfort with change, innovation, and AI-driven business environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Adaptive Insights or Anaplan
- Knowledge of cloud-based financial management systems, such as NetSuite or Workday
- Certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA or CFA
- Experience working in a tech-enabled or software-as-a-service (SaaS) company
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
