About the Role

The Chief Marketing Officer at neoBIM will play a pivotal role in driving the company's global expansion by developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. What You Will Do

  • Position neoBIM as the definitive AI leader in the BIM space through strategic brand positioning and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure marketing output translates into revenue, focusing on deal cycle shortening, sales enablement, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI, balancing spend across different channels and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of scaling marketing efforts and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Experience with global go-to-market execution, including product launches in multiple international markets and understanding of localization strategies.
  • A sales-driven marketing mindset with direct experience working with sales teams, running account-based marketing programs, and being measured on closed revenue.
  • Strong affinity and understanding of AI products, including their technical complexity, buyer psychology, and trust dynamics.
  • Executive presence and the ability to represent neoBIM at industry events, in investor conversations, and in front of enterprise C-suites.
  • Founder-level ownership and a drive to make decisions, take calculated risks, and be accountable for outcomes.
  • Global perspective and experience working with diverse teams and markets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
