About the Role
The Chief of Staff position at BJAK is a senior execution role, responsible for driving the company's finance super app expansion across products, markets, and teams. This role requires a strong operator who can align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems, and turn strategy into measurable progress. As a key member of the team, the Chief of Staff will work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic execution and growth.The ideal candidate will have experience in driving strategic execution across teams, with excellent judgement, communication, prioritization, and follow-through skills. They will be comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance and be able to go from high-level strategy to detailed execution without losing quality.

What You Will Do
- Drive strategic execution across finance super app priorities
- Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability
- Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations
- Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become serious blockers
- Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product, and market priorities
- Own special projects that require senior judgement and cross-functional authority
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying that knowledge to drive growth and innovation

- Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance

- Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making
