About the Role
As the Chief of Staff (CoS) to the SVP of Sales Americas at Equinix, you will act as a strategic advisor and integrator, enhancing the effectiveness of leadership within the AMER Sales organization. This fully remote position is focused on operational excellence in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP, anticipating needs and preparing for strategic moments.
- Translate the SVP’s priorities into actionable operational plans.
- Monitor key business performance metrics and cross-functional relationships.
- Design and manage the operational cadence for AMERS Sales including meetings and forecasting cycles.
- Lead complex initiatives to drive productivity and improve customer experiences.
- Ensure proper governance and track the progress of high-visibility programs.
