About the Role
The Chief of Staff to the Chief Administrative and People Officer is a pivotal role at Sprinklr, responsible for driving People strategy, operating cadence, and cross-functional execution across the HR function and its partners. This role requires a unique blend of sharp strategic thinking and hands-on operational rigor to keep the CAO office running at a high bar. As a force multiplier, the Chief of Staff will ensure leaders are prepared, decisions turn into action, and the People organization stays aligned on measurable outcomes.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, influencing through trust, clarity, and collaboration. What You Will Do
- Own the CAO office operating cadence, including agenda-setting, pre-reads, decision logs, action tracking, and follow-through.
- Run the People function Business Management System (BMS) and QBRs end-to-end, defining timelines, coordinating inputs, developing narratives, ensuring data integrity, and driving accountability for commitments.
- Develop executive- and Board-ready materials for People topics, such as workforce, org health, talent, engagement, and transformation.
- Support People strategy development and execution, translating strategy into plans, operating mechanisms, and measurable goals.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across HR COEs and HRBPs, ensuring consistent narrative, prioritization, and delivery.
- Partner with Finance to manage the budget, including programs and headcount, bringing analytical rigor and clear recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CAO, bringing an outside-in perspective, providing bottom-up insights, and pressure-testing plans, communications, and stakeholder strategy.
- Establish operational rigor, improving processes, templates, and standards for planning, measurement, and executive communications across the People organization.
- Bring AI proficiency for productivity and quality, identifying high-value People use cases, standardizing workflows, and deploying tools that improve cycle time, insight quality, and operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required, with 10-15+ years of experience in strategic consulting, People/HR strategy & operations, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Demonstrated ability to run operating mechanisms, build People analytics and executive reporting, and deliver high-impact presentations for ELT/Board audiences.
- Strong fluency across core People domains, such as org design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Experience supporting a CHRO/People executive and operating in a matrixed environment strongly preferred.
- High-energy, detail-obsessed, and highly organized, with a bias for action and execution.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining high judgment, integrity, and confidentiality.

- Knowledge of HR systems, such as Workday or BambooHR.
- Certification in HR or a related field, such as SHRM or HRCI.
