About the Role
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a pivotal member of the senior leadership team at Rose, Klein & Marias, responsible for overseeing the internal operations necessary for the company's continued success and growth. This includes direct management of the Human Resources, Technology, and Operations teams. The COO will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the organization, advancing organizational growth, and fostering excellent internal communications.The role of the COO is multifaceted, requiring a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and leadership acumen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, optimizing processes, and building high-performing teams. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the COO will work closely with the Executive Director and other stakeholders to advance the company's mission and objectives.

What You Will Do
- Oversee the Human Resources, Technology, and Operations teams, providing strategic guidance and support to department directors and team members.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operational activities.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and senior leadership team to drive business objectives and maximize returns on investments.
- Identify opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of internal operations, and implement measures to address these areas.
- Direct the financial and budget activities for the Operations teams, and work with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure seamless integration with Finance department activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, to provide reports and updates on operational activities.
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team to assess organizational risk and implement measures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Drive a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment, and oversee the development of practices that support a healthy culture across the organization.
- Confer with fellow leaders and staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities, and resolve problems.
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategies to continuously improve the company's culture and operations.
