About the Role

This includes building and maintaining a high-performance operational culture that is conducive to scalability and efficiency.

The COO will work closely with various departments, including HR, Customer Experience, Technical Operations, and Finance, to ensure that all aspects of the business are working in harmony towards common objectives. This role requires a leader who is not only strategically adept but also operationally savvy, with a strong ability to communicate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Lead and optimize the company's daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster effective cross-functional collaboration across all departments to achieve operational goals.
• Define, monitor, and report on key operational KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and implement operational plans that align with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring scalability and growth.
• Drive organizational growth and operational scalability by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Work closely with the executive leadership team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the company's strategic planning process.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain a high-performance operational culture that supports the company's mission and values.
• Partner with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure that operational decisions are customer-centric and focused on delivering exceptional service.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or similar executive leadership role, preferably in the technology, hosting, SaaS, or internet services industries.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on operational execution capabilities and a data-driven decision-making mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Minimum 4+ years of executive-level experience in the cloud computing, SaaS, hosting, infrastructure, or related technology industries.
• Strong understanding of operational dynamics within high-availability digital service environments.
• Experience managing scalable operations in fast-growing technology companies is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean principles.
• Certification in operations management or a related field.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment, with the ability to self-manage and work independently.
