About the Role

ContinuumGlobal, Inc is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue growth and lead the company's revenue motion. As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will own the full revenue cycle, from initial conversation to signed contract. With a focus on building genuine trust with CMOs, digital transformation leaders, and martech buyers, this role requires a seasoned professional who can operate lean and close to the product.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals and will be responsible for driving business growth through the company's proprietary AI-enabled marketing solutions. With a strong understanding of the martech industry and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, the Chief Revenue Officer will play a critical role in shaping the company's future.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, digital transformation leaders, and martech buyers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the company's proprietary AI-enabled marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform revenue growth strategies and optimize sales performance
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Work closely with the company's leadership team to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive revenue growth and innovation

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the martech or enterprise SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the martech industry and the ability to navigate its complexities
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with CMOs, digital transformation leaders, and martech buyers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to operate lean and close to the product, with a strong understanding of the company's proprietary AI-enabled marketing solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing circumstances
