## About the Role The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) plays a critical role in driving NeuLife Rehabilitation's people strategy, organizational development, and mergers. As a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, the CHRO will develop and execute the organization's people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, multi-state employment law, and leading high-performing HR teams in a fast-paced environment.
The CHRO will serve as a strategic and operational leader, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the complex regulatory landscape and the ability to navigate multiple states and service lines.

## What You Will Do - Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute the organization's people strategy - Serve as a key advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives - Collaborate with executive leaders to align human capital strategies with business objectives and growth plans - Lead HR due diligence, workforce assessments, and integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions - Develop and execute integration plans that promote cultural alignment and operational efficiency - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states - Oversee labor law compliance, wage and hour practices, leave administration, investigations, and regulatory requirements - Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks - Lead employee relations initiatives and provide guidance on complex workplace matters - Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent across clinical, operational, and leadership positions
## What We Are Looking For - 10+ years of experience in HR leadership, with a focus on strategic HR, organizational development, and mergers - Proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, multi-state employment law, and leading high-performing HR teams - Strong understanding of the complex regulatory landscape and ability to navigate multiple states and service lines - Experience with HRIS platforms, HR technology initiatives, and data analysis - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects - Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational finance and operations - Experience with talent acquisition, workforce development, and employee engagement
## Nice to Have - Experience with payroll administration and related compliance requirements - Knowledge of benefit programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance - Experience with leadership development and succession planning programs - Familiarity with HR dashboard, metrics, and work
