## About the Role The CI Specialist Consultant role is a unique opportunity to work with diverse clients, from small and medium-sized enterprises to Fortune 100 firms, to deliver process improvement initiatives. As a consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of process improvement recommendations and working closely with clients to understand their business needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve coordinating process development activities, working with stakeholders to map business processes, and leading change initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide leadership decisions.
