About the Role

The success of this project relies on contributors who can accurately and naturally record scripted prompts in Chinese. Your role will be integral in helping to advance the capabilities of AI and voice technology, which are increasingly used in various aspects of life, from virtual assistants to language translation services.

What You Will Do

• Record scripted prompts in Chinese, ensuring clarity, consistency, and natural delivery.
• Read each script prompt accurately, following guidelines provided.
• Manage your recording sessions to meet the project's requirements, including using appropriate equipment such as a laptop, stable internet, headset, or external mic.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure high-quality recordings that meet the project's standards.
• Participate in possible extensions of the project, as needed.
• Utilize your digital skills to navigate the project's platform and communicate effectively with the team.
• Contribute to the development of AI and voice technology by providing high-quality audio recordings.
• Work independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively to complete tasks.
• Adhere to the project's guidelines and timelines to ensure efficient completion of tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese.
• Proficiency in English for communication and understanding guidelines.
• Ability to record high-quality audio with minimal background noise, free of echo or distortion.
• Access to a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
• Headset or external mic for better sound quality.
• Ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively.
• Basic understanding of digital tools and platforms for recording and communication.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure recordings meet the project's standards.
