What You Will Do

  • Develop and review Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and project documentation to ensure compliance with client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review engineering designs, cost estimates, schedules, and technical analyses to support project planning and execution.
  • Support facility modernization, renovation, and construction efforts by providing technical expertise and oversight.
  • Perform technical reviews of contractor submittals, RFIs, and change requests to ensure consistency with project objectives.
  • Support project management planning and execution by coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings, design reviews, site visits, and quality assurance activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in civil engineering and facility management to continuously improve project delivery.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in a role that involved facility modernization, construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with digital tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and RSMeans is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations is a plus.
  • Clearance: Secret clearance is required for this position.
