About the Role
As a Claims Officer at Coralisle Group Ltd., you will play a vital role in managing insurance claims, ensuring that all claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for interviewing clients, recording relevant information, and overseeing claim settlements. This role requires strong administration skills, organizational skills, and superior communication skills. You will be working closely with the S&G Claims Engineers and repairers to ensure that all claims are handled professionally and effectively.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in General Insurance Claims, a CII Certificate, and strong administration skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer service expertise are essential. What You Will Do
- Process insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Interview clients and third parties to determine the facts of the claims
- Record all relevant information and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with S&G Claims Engineers and repairers to ensure that all claims are handled professionally
- Oversee claim settlements and ensure that all claims are closed in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure that all communication is clear and concise
- Review estimates and approve settlements within authorized limits
- Negotiate with claimants when required
- Maintain an effective follow-up system to ensure that no claim is left unresolved
- Immediately refer any personal injury claim above given authority to the Claims Manager
- Bring any non-routine matters to the attention of the Claims Manager
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in General Insurance Claims
- CII Certificate
