## About the Role As a Class 1 Shunt Driver at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling, you will play a critical role in managing the company's logistics and supply chain operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include transporting products to and from the warehouse, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. You will be working closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless operations and will be reporting to the warehouse manager. ## What You Will Do - Transport products to and from the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner - Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking of products - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations - Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless operations - Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and customers - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in logistics and supply chain management - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge - Comply with all safety regulations and company policies - Contribute to the company's sustainability initiatives and community involvement programs
## What We Are Looking For - Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record - Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
