What You Will Do

  • Conduct visual inspections of parts post-cleaning to ensure they meet designated quality standards.
  • Send parts back for re-cleaning if they do not meet the required standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and efficiency protocols.
  • Ensure that all work is conducted with a focus on quality, accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and address any issues promptly.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions precisely, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest inspection techniques and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and implement improvements in the cleaning and inspection process.
  • Document inspection results accurately, maintaining detailed records of all parts inspected.
  • Comply with all safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment in designated areas.

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in quality control or a related field, with a focus on inspection and cleaning processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make accurate judgments under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations, including Haz/Com regulations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with the capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with digital tools for record-keeping and communication.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and techniques.

  • Experience with quality control software and digital inspection tools.
