What You Will Do

  • Perform general cleaning, including dusting and disinfecting, to high-quality standards.
  • Complete specific cleaning tasks as required by clients at each location.
  • Ensure all work is done in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Read and explain MSDS sheets, with training provided as necessary.
  • Participate in required safety training to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work on scheduled days and hours, with flexibility as needed.
  • Lift and carry up to 25 lbs. for 3 to 4 hours per shift.
  • Perform repetitive manual tasks on a daily basis.
  • Walk large areas of floor space, maneuvering large machinery successfully.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, providing excellent service.
  • Collaborate as a team player, being detail-oriented and self-motivated.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work hands-on and take direction when needed.
  • WHIMIS certification, with training supplied if necessary.
  • First aid training, considered an asset.
  • Physical and mental health suitable for a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to bend, turn, stoop, stand, reach high and low, and lift as required.
  • Team player with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to enjoy working independently.
  • Basic understanding of digital tools and willingness to learn company-specific systems.
