About the Role
The Cleaner role at OCS is a vital part of the company's facilities management services, ensuring a high standard of cleaning is maintained across all contract sites. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning operations, working closely with the management team to ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standard. You will also be required to use and care for cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and reporting any issues to the management team.The role involves working as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative, to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will be required to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

What You Will Do
- Ensure a high standard of cleaning is maintained across all contract sites
- Use and care for cleaning equipment, reporting any issues to the management team
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing excellent customer service
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative, to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Utilize Excel to record and track cleaning schedules and tasks
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
What We Are Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience, with the ability to do manual cleaning
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and maintain it in good working order
- Basic computer skills, including the use of Excel
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
