About the Role
As a Client Account Manager at Reddit, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and managing campaigns for the company's largest and most complex clients. You will work closely with the Client Partners to meet and exceed client marketing goals, proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, and identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading campaign launches, delivering insightful optimizations, and educating brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition and best practices.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem, as well as experience with digital measurement and tracking fundamentals. You will be working in a fast-paced and unstructured environment, so the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals
- Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners
- Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish
- Deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners
- Identify, strategize, and win incremental revenue opportunities
- Ongoing management of internal account operations
- Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition and best practices
- Consult clients on their awareness and direct response objectives
- Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery
- Proactively seek and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders
- Shape Reddit's native ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics
- Continually identify areas of improvement and implement changes as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management
- Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
- Understanding of digital measurement and tracking fundamentals
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
- Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and growth mindset
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
