## About the Role The Client Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of Epic Insurance, working closely with the Client Executive and Client Manager to ensure seamless delivery of employee benefits programs. This position is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships, providing day-to-day service, and assisting in the marketing process. As part of a dynamic team, the Client Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting open enrollments, preparing benefits spreadsheets, and updating internal systems.

## What You Will Do - Assist the Client Executive and/or Client Manager in collecting data for the Request for Proposal (RFP) and preparing marketing spreadsheets.
- Draft open enrollment communication materials and assist with the coordination of open enrollment meetings and health fairs.
- Collect contracts, experience data, 5500 information, and other necessary data to service clients effectively.
- Process BORs, update internal systems, and prepare invoices as necessary.
- Assist with the resolution of client and employee issues regarding bill discrepancies, claims, and other service-related matters.
- Provide additional administrative support to the service teams for new and existing clients.
- Update various client and internal systems, including benefits information on agency management systems.
- Assist the CE and/or CM with setting priorities and managing workflow to ensure goals are met.
- Maintain up-to-date workflow logs and update benefits information on required documentation and records.
- Interact with others effectively, utilizing good communication skills and providing information and guidance as needed.
- Intermediate knowledge of navigating the Internet and various Microsoft Office programs, including Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience working in the insurance industry, particularly in benefits management, is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Adjust and other relevant software is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments in employee benefits.
- Certification in insurance or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a remote or flexible work environment.
