About the Role

The Client Delivery Lead role at Enode is a critical component of the company's success, responsible for owning and delivering complex enterprise-grade implementations from start to finish. As a key member of the team, you will be working closely with multiple stakeholders, including technical integrations and engineering teams, to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise in project management and stakeholder communication will be essential in driving progress and achieving client satisfaction.

In this role, you will be working on large, multi-year deals that require meticulous planning, coordination, and delivery. Your ability to operate across technical and commercial domains will be vital in ensuring that all aspects of the project are well-managed and that client expectations are met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects in enterprise environments, with a strong background in project management and technical integrations.

What You Will Do

  • Own and deliver complex enterprise-grade implementations from start to finish
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, including technical integrations and engineering teams
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and timeline management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Communicate project progress and status to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate project scoping and estimation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve project delivery

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience delivering software implementations in enterprise environments
  • Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end
  • Strong project management and execution skills, including planning, coordination, and delivery
  • Experience working with technical integrations and engineering teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
  • Ability to operate across technical and commercial domains
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Highly structured, organized, and proactive in driving progress
  • Experience with Excel and other project management tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the climate tech industry
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • Experience with cloud-based project management tools
