About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Design and deploy automated, low-touch support models to optimize IT workplace services for enterprise clients

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management, automation, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and self-service technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with program governance, KPI tracking, and change management
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
