What You Will Do

  • Promote and drive strong client relationships by providing thought leadership and consultation on the alignment of client business needs to Ensono and partner products and services.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and influencers in client organizations to grow revenue and drive new opportunities across Ensono's end-to-end portfolio.
  • Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for assigned deals, ensuring that all proposals are tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
  • Monitor sales trends and market dynamics, incorporating insights into account planning and execution to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Partner in a cross-functional model with Enterprise Architecture Teams, Client Success Managers, and Operational & Delivery teams to represent Ensono and ensure successful outcomes for clients.
  • Communicate information effectively to diverse internal and external audiences, translating business and technology value clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted IT advisor to clients, contributing to their tactical and strategic planning efforts and challenging assumptions to drive improved results and innovative solutions.
  • Support the development and mentorship of sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing, helping to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance sales strategies and client engagements.

What We Are Looking For

  • Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience, including accountability for enterprise client relationships, specifically in the healthcare vertical.
  • Demonstrable experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology or managed service solutions, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience managing, reporting, and forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy, and managing and closing complex sales opportunities.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority and experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, and outsourcing.
  • Strong relationship development and networking skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to consult with client executives on technology solutions from a business perspective and articulate technology and product positioning clearly and effectively.
