About the Role
The Client Engagement Executive plays a vital role in driving the growth of Ensono's clients, leveraging company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, and opportunity. This position is responsible for developing meaningful client relationships that enable growth and foster long-term partnerships. As a key member of the team, the Client Engagement Executive will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering, to grow existing Ensono client accounts.The role of the Client Engagement Executive is multifaceted, requiring a deep understanding of the client's business needs and the ability to identify opportunities for growth. This position is accountable for the commercial relationship with the client, maximizing the current service portfolio, and expanding key technical and business relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex client relationships, build trust, and drive profitable growth through strategic partnerships.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain executive relationship maps and expand key technical and business relationships
- Identify and leverage company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, and opportunity
- Drive profitable growth from the account by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage messaging to the client on operational stability via active partnership with Service Delivery Management
- Enable and sell new services across the client's IT landscape, including cloud native development practice areas
- Understand the client's competitive services landscape for Ensono whitespace services
- Leverage Advisory & Consulting and Specialist teams to identify client needs and build services growth plans
- Introduce cloud native development practice areas and identify opportunities for growth
- Bring the right Ensono relationships to the client on a regular basis, including weekly internal client status and opportunity reviews
- Manage Ensono Executive sponsor program by client and be accountable for bringing the right technical and sales specialist roles to new service opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology or services organization
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing complex client relationships
- Strong understanding of cloud services, digital transformation, and IT landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate complex relationships
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic partnerships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience working with cloud services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, including ITIL
- Certification in cloud services, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Experience working with sales teams and developing sales strategies
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile or Scrum
