About the Role
The Client Executive Director role at Argano is a strategic sales leadership position that requires a unique blend of industry knowledge, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the Microsoft Business Unit, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth within the financial services sector, leveraging the full range of Microsoft solutions to deliver transformative outcomes for clients. This role will involve building and advancing a qualified pipeline, leading complex sales pursuits, and positioning the value of Microsoft solutions to senior decision-makers.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory environments, risk management, and transformation drivers. They will also have a proven track record of success in enterprise, consultative sales environments, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Argano's financial services business within the Microsoft Business Unit
- Build and advance a qualified pipeline through targeted business development and executive relationship management
- Lead complex sales pursuits focused on business transformation outcomes
- Position the full Microsoft stack, with emphasis on AI, Business Applications, Security, Azure, Data, and Modern Work
- Engage financial services clients with insight into industry priorities, regulatory considerations, risk management, customer experience, and transformation opportunities
- Collaborate with internal leaders, solution teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to shape account strategy and proposals
- Lead executive-level client discussions, commercial negotiations, and deal progression through close
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory environments, risk management, and transformation drivers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft solutions and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes for clients
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional sales experience selling complex business and technology services
- Proven success selling to economic buyers and senior decision-makers within financial services organizations
- Demonstrated ability to exceed targets in enterprise, consultative sales environments
- Experience selling Microsoft solutions, especially AI, Business Applications, Security, and cloud platform offerings
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, and account planning discipline
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
