About the Role

The Client Executive Director position at Argano is a critical role that drives business growth within the Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications sector. As a key member of the Microsoft Business Unit, this executive will lead complex, consultative sales engagements with senior decision-makers, aligning client priorities with the full Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the TMT industry, including its business models, market dynamics, and transformation drivers. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and advancing a qualified pipeline, and leading executive-level client discussions. The role requires a high degree of executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales pursuits.

The Client Executive Director will work closely with internal leaders, solution teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to shape account strategy and proposals. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Argano's Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications business within the Microsoft Business Unit
  • Build and advance a qualified pipeline through targeted business development and executive relationship management
  • Lead complex sales pursuits focused on business transformation, digital innovation, and platform modernization outcomes
  • Position the full Microsoft stack, with emphasis on AI, Business Applications, Security, Azure, Data, and Modern Work
  • Engage TMT clients with insight into industry priorities such as customer engagement, content and product innovation, data-driven operations, cybersecurity, and transformation at scale
  • Collaborate with internal leaders, solution teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to shape account strategy and proposals
  • Lead executive-level client discussions, commercial negotiations, and deal progression through close
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the TMT industry, including its business models, market dynamics, and transformation drivers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft solutions and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of professional sales experience selling complex business and technology services
  • Proven success selling to economic buyers and senior decision-makers within Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed targets in enterprise, consultative sales environments
  • Experience selling Microsoft solutions, especially AI, Business Applications, Security, and cloud platform offerings
  • Strong CRM, pipeline management, and account planning discipline
  • Core competencies in strategic sales leadership, TMT industry knowledge, executive communication, and Microsoft solution selling
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Commercial acumen, with sound judgment in deal strategy, negotiation, and business value alignment

  • Experience working with digital transformation initiatives and cloud-based solutions
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT
