About the Role
The Client Executive role at Alight Solutions is a critical position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and product development, to provide tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of your clients.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique challenges and goals. You will need to be able to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue expansion. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders will be essential in this role, as you will need to navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and manage expectations.
The Client Executive role is a key part of Alight Solutions' growth strategy, and you will be expected to contribute to the development of new business opportunities, identify areas for process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-level executives, to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and product development, to provide tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients
- Negotiate contracts and manage expectations with clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, to drive revenue expansion
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, including quarterly business reviews and performance metrics
- Lead and participate in sales cycles, including RFP responses, pitches, and proposals
- Manage and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the digital marketing or technology industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction in a large enterprise account management role
- Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in negotiating contracts and managing complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with CRM software, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the benefits or HR technology industry
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, and content marketing
- Experience with data analytics and insights, including the ability to develop and present data-driven recommendations
- Certification in sales, account management, or a related field
