About the Role

The Client Experience Project Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction at Connection. This involves coordinating with various teams, including sales, project management, and clients, to deliver products and services efficiently. The administrator must be agile, flexible, and able to adapt to last-minute changes while maintaining open communication with all stakeholders. As a key member of the client experience team, this role is integral to the company's mission of guiding the connection between people and technology.

The day-to-day activities of the Client Experience Project Administrator will involve organizing and coordinating product delivery, maintaining updates on timelines and project statuses, and preparing any required client reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. The administrator will also be responsible for ensuring that departmental processes comply with applicable controls, such as Sarbanes-Oxley.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the direct contact between partners, project managers, sales teams, and clients to coordinate all business requirements.
  • Manage inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the project manager and client experience team to manage product needs, availability, and delivery.
  • Coordinate all aspects of product delivery, including tracking, scheduling deliveries, and managing returns to partner warehouses.
  • Engage, schedule, and follow up with service partners for project work.
  • Collaborate with the client experience team and IAM on RMA and DOA products, coordinating order fulfillment for replacements.
  • Validate data and coordinate the delivery of all required client reports.
  • Prepare reporting by validating key data points and coordinate the delivery of all required client reports.
  • Provide daily shipping reports for tracking, serial numbers, and asset tags as applicable.
  • Provide weekly inventory reports with totals in the partner warehouse, including details on the status of products.
  • Work with the enterprise sales team and distribution partners on order fulfillment and status updates for all client orders.
