## About the Role As a Client Itinerary Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities, as well as providing exceptional customer service to clients. ## What You Will Do - Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Research and recommend travel options to clients based on their preferences and budget - Secure and verify reservations to ensure accuracy and attention to detail - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and travel arrangements - Assist with schedule updates, adjustments, and general service inquiries - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices - Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure exceptional service - Stay informed about industry trends and developments to continuously improve services

## What We Are Looking For - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Reliable internet access and smartphone (computer is also highly recommended) - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve - Familiarity with travel industry software and systems (desirable) - Authorization to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain

## Nice to Have - Experience with travel industry software, such as Sabre or Amadeus - Knowledge of foreign languages, particularly Spanish or French - Familiarity with online travel platforms and booking systems - Certification in travel and tourism, such as a Certified Travel Associate (CTA)
