About the Role
The Client Manager position at Trucordia is a pivotal role that involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with professional and prompt service. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carrier partners, ensuring the successful placement and renewal of insurance accounts. Day-to-day activities include managing the flow of information between clients and carriers, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of accounts. The Client Manager works closely with producers, senior client managers, and other internal stakeholders to support client needs and ensure that Trucordia delivers exceptional service.In this dynamic environment, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently is essential. The Client Manager must also be adept at handling policy changes, endorsements, and other routine service items accurately and efficiently. Given the nature of the role, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

What You Will Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service.
- Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health lines.
- Assist with gathering underwriting information and preparing submission materials.
- Maintain strong carrier relationships to secure competitive quotes and solutions for clients.
- Ensure the successful renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the AMS360 agency management system.
- Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders to support client needs.
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service items efficiently and accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Active P&C Insurance License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing insurance accounts and carrier relationships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and their application in the insurance industry.
- Certification in insurance services, such as CPCU or ARM.
