What You Will Do
- Host virtual appointments with members to review their benefit programs
- Work with teammates to achieve shared performance goals
- Answer questions and resolve concerns from members
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
- Contribute ideas during team meetings to enhance the client experience and streamline processes
- Provide ongoing service and support to members
- Stay up-to-date with changes in benefit programs and communicate these changes to members
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
What We Are Looking For
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is an asset)
- Experience in customer service, sales, or team-based roles is an advantage (not required)
- Comfortable using Zoom and digital tools with strong attention to detail
- Excellent listening and communication skills — both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and adapt to new situations
- Strong organizational habits and personal accountability
- Team-first attitude with strong collaboration abilities
