About the Role
The Client Service Specialist role at NielsenIQ is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical individual to drive customer ROI and business growth through strategic insights and analytics. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering impactful recommendations using NielsenIQ's suite of tools and data.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include leading regular business reviews, educating clients on relevant features and functionalities, and delivering insightful presentations and actionable recommendations. You will also be responsible for identifying and converting growth opportunities, as well as developing fact-based answers and analyses to complex business questions.

What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Lead regular business reviews, presenting key insights and recommendations to clients
- Educate clients on relevant features and functionalities of NielsenIQ's tools and data
- Deliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to clients
- Identify and convert growth opportunities, including generating sales leads
- Develop fact-based answers and analyses to complex business questions
- Coordinate internal departments to meet client deadlines
- Collect and provide feedback to product and operations teams to improve client experience
- Collaborate with other business units to identify strategic opportunities
- Execute service models and Thought Leadership Projects
- Lead client briefings and onboarding processes
What We Are Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry and/or related fields (insights, category management, market research)
- Prior experience with NielsenIQ (or similar) solutions in analytics
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in handling presentations or willingness to develop presentation skills
- Consultative client skills and innovative problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and data visualization skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Digital savvy and fast learner of tools and concepts
- Experience coaching others in data analysis and/or NielsenIQ tools
- Bachelor's degree required; Honour's degree is a plus
- Ukrainian and English language skills (upper intermediate level)

- Experience working with RMS and NIQ solutions
- Retail and FMCG industry knowledge
- Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies
- Certification in data analysis or a related field
